Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne facility on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed and paid before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day; anything placed after the cut-off, on a weekend, or on a public holiday is dispatched the next business day. During busy or promotional periods allow up to 24 hours for dispatch to ensure all items are carefully packed.

  • Dispatch days: Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.

Shipping/ Shipping Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

SHIPPING COSTS - Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 AUD via Australia Post Express.

  • Address Validation: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete before finalizing checkout.
  • Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for lost packages, failed delivery attempts, or shipments returned to sender due to customer errors.
  • Reshipment Fees: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the order.

Delivery Times

Every order ships by tracked express courier. Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 1–3 business days across most of Australia.

  • Metro & major centres: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Regional & remote areas: may take a little longer depending on the Australia Post Express shipping network.
  • Estimates only: transit times are provided by Australia Post Express shipping and can vary with weather, peak volumes, or events outside our control.

Delivery windows are measured from the dispatch date, not the order date. If your order is placed after the daily cut-off, add one business day for processing before the transit window begins.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it from our facility to your door. The same link is always available inside your account.

  • By email: a tracking number and link are sent automatically at dispatch.
  • In your account: open your account to see live status for every current and past order.
  • Quick check: use the Track order page any time to look up an order by its number.

Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If your link still shows no movement after one business day, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Returns Policy

Important Notice: Due to the strict compliance requirements and perishable nature of lyophilized research materials, we do not accept product returns once a shipment has been dispatched, except where explicitly mandated under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change Of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please thoroughly review your order and verify that the items match your specific laboratory requirements before completing payment.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, an incorrect item, or a product clearly damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, our team will require:

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging.
  • Your order number and batch details.
  • The return of the unadulterated product (if requested by us).

Where a product fault or packing error is verified, we will promptly provide an appropriate remedy—such as a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
